Hi, I'm Kayla! I'm a high school student at Washington High School in Fremont with a diverse background spanning both technology and design. I'm passionate about bridging the gap between technical innovation and creative expression, bringing together coding, digital art, and visual design to create meaningful projects.
My journey includes exploring web development, artificial intelligence, graphic design, digital art, and photography. I love combining technical skills with artistic vision to build websites, experiment with AI tools, create digital illustrations, and design user experiences. Through school projects, volunteer work, and personal exploration, I'm continuously expanding my skillset in both technology and design domains.

Assisted K–8 students with homework across all subjects, primarily elementary math. Supported developing readers by listening to them read aloud and helping with pronunciation and vocabulary. Collaborated with a Homework Coordinator and provided help as needed.
2025 - PresentLove and Second Chances, WEACT
Fostered and trained dogs from international rescue centers, helping them feel safe, learn basic skills, and adjust to home life. I also worked closely with new adopters to make sure each dog's transition into their permanent home was smooth and successful.
